Development of a heat exchanger for cogeneration via TEG

چکیده

To develop an innovative cogeneration biomass boiler, which uses thermoelectric generators (TEG), a simplified model of the heat exchanger is created and design optimized. The boiler with thermal power 200 kW will partly convert into electricity. maximum temperature hot side TEG should not exceed 300°C to avoid damage. While holding these requirements cost installation space be as low possible, minimal effort for flue gas blowers at once. Following objectives, optimized NOMAD optimization algorithm. Out resulting Pareto front two designs are discussed.
